Frequently Asked Questions

What is the shelf life for your cookies

Our cookies are baked then dehydrated which allows us to avoid ingredients such as salts and preservatives.

We are currently getting around 9 months for the best freshness before the cookies are going stale.

They are best stored in a cool dry place such as a pantry.

Yikes! My shipping rate is expensive. Any other options?

Yes! We offer both shipping across Canada as well as local pickup both at our home base in Mission, BC or at many of our local markets.

Canada Post shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on your location.

However, due to limitations of the Shopify platform, we are unable to show calculated rates for UPS, which can often be less expensive than Canada Post.

Please reach out to us using the "live chat" button below and we would love to check for the lowest shipping rate for you.

My dog has an egg allergy, do all of your cookies contain eggs?

Our base recipes all contain eggs, however we are more than happy to make a special batch for your pupper using a flax meal "egg" instead.

Please reach out to us using the "live chat" button below and we would love to discuss options for your pupper.

Any low-fat options for my poor pancreatitis pupper?

Pancreatitis is tough! While we do not have a nutritional analysis of our treats (yet) you would be safest to avoid the cookies with cheese and peanut butter.

The Salmon and Sweet Potato contains wild pink salmon. However, as a low fat protein source, it should be fine but always check with your veterinarian if you are unsure.

The Pumpkin and Charcoal Mint should all be fine as they contain little more than eggs, pumpkin puree, apples and oat flour.
